On Monday, February 2, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Prof. Martín Carbajo-Núñez will deliver a lecture at the Faculty of Philosophy and Educational Sciences of the University of Valencia entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Organizational Leadership: Ethical and Political Challenges of Digitalization.”
The event is part of the Research Seminar in Ethics and Political Philosophy of the Faculty.
In his presentation, Prof. Carbajo will introduce two fundamental models of leadership, transactional and transformational, emphasizing that effective leadership should foster the intrinsic motivations of the people it accompanies. In the final part of the lecture, he will examine the growing influence of artificial intelligence on the exercise of political and business leadership.
