On Monday, February 2, 2026, from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m., Prof.
Martín Carbajo-Núñez will engage in a dialogue with the students of the San Juan de Ribera Residential College on the topic “
Artificial Intelligence and Organizational Leadership: Ethical and Political Challenges of Digitalization.”
Prior to the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Rector of the San Juan de Ribera Residential College will host a dinner in honor of Prof. Carbajo, together with Prof. Agustín Domínguez Moratalla, who is responsible for organizing the event.
During his contribution, Prof. Carbajo will present two fundamental models of leadership, transactional and transformational, highlighting the importance of leaders fostering the intrinsic motivations of the people they accompany. In the final part of the dialogue, he will examine the growing influence of artificial intelligence on the practice of political and business leadership.
